Overview

This is not part of the testing this is to help you understand the goals i have for creating Docent.

Goals

Broad Steps in Dashboard Setup

  • Client dashboard is created and configured by Docent Tech.  this includes:
    • DNS/email setup
    • complete site creation and configuration
      • Includes importing Excel files containing project and member information. (provided by client)
      • sending DB invitation email to the client Docent advocate
      • No work at all for client.  Dashboard is turn key.
  • When new project sites created, these sites auto create a new "project connection" described here <link>
  • the project manager will need to edit the site to add users.
